No, you don’t need the Site kit plugin.
You can rebuild the Analytics index by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index
The statistics shown in Rank Math’s analytics section would not fully match the Google Search Console as we only track posts and keywords that rank below the top 100 positions in the selected timeframe.
