Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and all your URLs have a trailing slash at the end. However, the link you have shared doesn’t have one that’s why you are seeing this error.
The URL should be like the following example (notice the slash at the end):
https://fitbodyafter40.com/how-much-weight-can-you-lose-spinning-for-a-month/
Those URLs are already showing fine in your sitemap, and your robots.txt seems fine as well.
In this case, you can resubmit your sitemap to your Google Search Console account. Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.
Meanwhile, the Discovered – currently not indexed indicates Google has discovered the page, and even wants to crawl the page. But this was expected to cause an overload on the site, hence Google has rescheduled the crawl.
As a result, Google may delay this crawl for several days after it has been discovered and the crawl status would remain empty until then.
Here’s a link for more information:

I hope that helps.
Thank you.
