When i use title in Bengali laguage then It’s showing the following url in browser.
But if i use title in english language it will work perfectly showing the title in url of a browser.
If you check my sitemap you will see this,not all permalink are same.

When you use the URLs in any other language than English, they are converted into UTF8 code so the browsers can understand them.

I am facing another problem
When i have install rank math and setup all the setting,i noticeed in my search console account,that two property has been created,in my search console account.
One is https://ovizatri.com
Another is https://www.ovizatri.com
Can you please help me more about this?

We only add the property to GSC if you don’t have a URL prefix property with the same exact variation of your website.
This is done because we don’t fully support domain properties for data fetching and as such without an URL prefix, the Analytics module will get skewed results.

You don’t have to re-install the plugin. Just ensure to retain only 1 property that matches the current settings of your website.
Currently, you are using the https://www.ovizatri.com/ variation so you can go ahead and remove the https://ovizatri.com/ property from Google Search Console.
