Change description does not take effect

    I changed the page description as follows:
    Safa Manav MD is a certified Plastic Surgeon who offers procedures such as Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation and Liposuction in Istanbul, Turkey

    Even though it is been few weeks I don’t observe the change on the internet. I tried with different devices and private mode. Also cleared the cache but no luck. Changes in the title reflects but not in the description

    I checked the page source, and the description is added correctly in the page source.

    It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results that even if everything’s fine, Google decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
