I am sorry but we currently only prioritize support if we can confirm the purchase of the PRO Rank Math account. Kindly contact your developer and ask for the email address they used to purchase a PRO subscription.
As for your current issue, can you please also provide FTP access so we can check for any error logs?

This issue doesn’t matter whether it’s pro or free. It’s happening only when RankMath is enabled.
I don’t have FTP account. But you can check on your environment with woocommerce

Since the topic was previously set as resolved all the data inside the sensitive data section is cleared.
Having said that, our plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce and we even use both plugins on our main website without any issues with the login to over a million users.
Please create a screencast of the issue and share it with us so we can try to replicate it on our end.
