Normaly I set Links Per Sitemap 4000, but this morning I set 200 and now apparently work.- I detect that problem because on google search console not appear any data.

The time-out error might be because of low PHP values.
In this case, you can increase these PHP values and see if that helps.
PHP Memory Limit, Max input time, PHP time limit, PHP max input variables
However, you can keep the links per sitemap at 200, it won’t affect the crawling, we’ve observed that Google responds better to smaller pages in sitemaps, so by default, the links per sitemap are set to 200.

At the same time I need know how programm, setup or tell to RankMath instant Indexing that indexing into google search console all the before post that exist into wordpress, because only that is indexing the new post that I am creating.
Please let me know if exist any posibiity to automatic index the before/old post

The automatic submission for the Instant indexing will only initiate once you publish or update posts so old posts will not be affected by the auto submission unless you update then. Please follow this guide instead: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-indexnow/#submit-urls-manually

I checked the sitemap pages and indeed the post sitemaps aren’t loaded properly. It is also sometimes generating 502 errors which is a server issue.
I suggest checking this with your hosting provider and see if your server resources can handle the links per sitemap generated by our plugin or you can lower it down to at least 200.

I made the changes that you recommend but is very slow the access to the file sitemap_index.xml, please can you access into my server paninos.es and look into the RankMath if all is correct configure and at the same time check the DB if exist any problem.
Or probable is a Bugs or not compatibility with the wordpress version that I have it.- ¿ Why is slow?

I checked the sitemap, it is loading fine.
If you are still seeing any issues with the loading on your end, try disabling the Images in Sitemap option and see if that fixes the issue.
