Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
For initial troubleshooting, ensure that you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin.
Then, kindly delete RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
After that, reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:
Once done, ensure that all necessary permissions are accepted.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
But I have more then one page connect with the GSC. So when I disconnect, i will lost them all?
Hello,
When removing permission, only the Google access associated with Rank Math will be removed. Once you reconnect, you need to ensure that you have checked all required permissions for Rank Math to fully work.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
i have to check all of my sites?
Hello,
If all that sites are tied to a single Google account where the issue occurred, then you may need to check all your websites. If some of the sites are connected to other Google accounts, then you don’t have to worry about them.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Yes all sites are to the same Google account connected, because it’s my business account. For me, the problem is not on the side from Google, it’s on on the side from the plug-in. There I can not connect again!
Hello,
Please note that Rank Math needs you to accept permission from Google as our Analytics feature will not work if permission is not given.
With that said, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
