Json error when updating listing item made with JetEngine

    Hi,

    I’m getting a “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” error when trying to update a listing item, see https://ibb.co/5YMnZwH

    I went through the guides on the matter of this error and JetEngine in general but none of those things fixed the error.

    The listing item does save and show up, which is kind of confusing. I’m hoping you may know. I’m on a http subdomain, could that be part of the problem? I have my site address set to http in the general settings.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    If your site is using an SSL certificate, this error might occur if there’s a mixed content where both HTTP and HTTPS are served.

    In this case, please follow the steps in this link and for more troubleshooting steps:

    Also, please note that you may need to take a backup of your site so that if something goes wrong, you can undo all the changes and restore your site to the previous state.

    Thank you for your response. Now that the main domain has an active SSL certificate the error is gone.
