Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta and check if there is a post type for the landing pages of your theme. If there, please enable the Add SEO Controls option. If it is a homepage, you can also check if you can edit the settings in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage.

In Titles & Meta, click the Landing Pages under post type and enable the Add SEO Controls option there. Once done, edit your homepage again and check if it’s showing there.
You can also manage the SEO for your homepage in Titles & Meta > Homepage:
