Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
first step is done but there is no performance tap in my dashboard, I could not able to figure out what is the problem, so can you guide step by step
Hello,
Could you please confirm if you’re using the W3 Total Cache plugin on your site?
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#w3-total-cacheAlso, please share the affected sitemap URL so we can check as well. You can add it in the sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I am unable to setup, first step is done but in second step there is no performance option so, how would I add that?
I am not using w3 total cache
Hello,
It looks like there are no posts or pages published on your website.
The sitemap is automatically generated when there is at least one post or page published on the website and it is set to index.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
but there is no xml link is showing related to web stories, other than that post and category is present now
Hello,
I can check that your sitemap is working fine. To include the Web Stories in the sitemap, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Stories and make sure that the Include in Sitemap option is enabled.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
yes , that option is enabled
yes , that option is enabled, but not working
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
