Since you say you have the Redirections module enabled in the Rank Math dashboard, you should have its panel at the right side, in the WordPress sidebar, called Redirections.

I know where it is as it shows this in the article I was following https://rankmath.com/kb/setting-up-redirections/ but as I said, it is not there. Can you help?

You can enable the redirect module from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Then, the option will show up.
