I see that that issue is resolved now, awesome. I still have another problem however. When I go to connect the plugin, it still says that my account is on the free version. I’ve tried disconnected and reconnecting multiple times. I am using my google account to login. The email is c************@g******** and the website is http://www.cannaclear.com if that helps. I can check in your account that the connected website has no www in the URL while the one you shared here has one.
When you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning both URLs have the same exact value. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
After addressing that, please try reconnecting your Rank Math account again.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
