Enable to set a default Featured Image for Posts

    It will be nice if we can set a default Featured Image for Posts.
    Like that existing config for “OpenGraph Thumbnail” in “Dashboard > SEO Titles & Meta > Global Meta”, but for Posts.

    Plus: Since there’s options by Post Type in the same dashboard section, maybe we can set different Featured Images per type.

    This function is found in other plugins like Default featured image.

    That’s a feature idea/request.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Unfortunately, Rank Math doesn’t offer a feature to set the default featured image for your posts.

    In this case, you can use the plugin you mentioned at the moment.

    However, we’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists for the feature. If this is something that we’re able to introduce in the future, we’ll be sure to let you know.

    Hello,

    I am sorry to say that we still don’t have any update with regard to this. The only default featured image that can be set is the global settings you previously mentioned.
