Links > Categories without a database
When this rule is enabled, I get a 404 or a redirect to the product, although there is no such redirect configured.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
After further troubleshooting, the issue seems to persist even with the Rank Math plugin disabled. Can you please check your .htaccess file and see if there’s any rule there that might be causing the unwanted 404?
We are looking forward to helping you on this one.
You need to disable the stinging of the category database in your palgin, when you do this and clean the cache, the problem will go away
Hello,
There is a conflict between WooCommerce geolocation settings and Rank Math. If you disable WooCommerce geolocation, the category URLs will begin working. To test this, you can go to WooCommerce > Settings > General under default location, choose “no default location”, then click “Save Changes”.
Once you disable geolocation, the category urls start working.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
I do, but it don’t work
Hello,
I can check that you have set the base of the product categories as
category
. The category is used for the base of the Post categories and you should use product-category for the Product categories. When you enable the Strip Category Base option, it looks for the
category
base in the URL and removes it. Since it is the same for your product categories, it is also removing that and the URLs are returning a 404 error. To fix this, you will either have to enable the Remove Category Base option in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce or change the base of the product categories from WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks, fond problem
