Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
When you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning both URLs have the same exact value. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
Also, can you please try connecting your account again but this time, try doing it on an incognito tab or in a different browser?
