Hello RankMath Team,

I am having an issue with RankMath plugin on wordpress. For the last 2 months, although we have a lot of visitors, Rankmath is not counting them at all. All the metrics are at 0.

I installed Rankmath on more than 15 sites, yet on this site it just is not counting anything. Could you help me figure this out?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please add the following filter on your website:
```
add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );
```
After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action on your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us.

Hello,

There’s an issue with the auth. In this case, please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

Please ensure you have checked all the required permissions.

That should fetch the data again.
