    Good day, today I made the payment by Paypal for the membership with you, after making the payment I was able to download the plugin, but the transaction is not registered in my d**************@g******** account.

    It’s confusing, does it take time for that transaction to appear in my account?

    Where do I put the downloaded plugin key to activate it?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We don’t see that transaction in our system with the email you have shared, so it might still be pending on PayPal.

    Could you please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

    If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.

    On the other hand, you do not need to go anywhere with the license key. You can easily install Rank Math PRO on your website by following the instructions below:
