The Service Schema is not eligible for rich results with Google’s Rich Results test tool. You can see the supported types here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7445569?hl=en#zippy=%2Csupported-types
I checked the Schema with https://validator.schema.org/, and the Service Schema is detected on your page.
For the title, Rank Math looks for an exact match keyword in the title.
Can you please copy the focus keyword from the focus keyword field and paste it into the title?

I tried copying and it still gives me the error… I’ve have seen this on different page i’ve worked with as well?

Yes, the schema should be fine as the Rich results tool does not support the service schema yet.
For the keyword, the title you have used is Akupunktur i Silkeborg upon checking the page’s source code, but the keyword you’re using from your screenshot is Akupunktur Silkeborg.
Since we look for the exact match, the test will fail.
However, please note that these tests are only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your pages/post content. If you feel any of them doesn’t apply to your page, please feel free to ignore them.
