Hey Guys,
i am getting crazy… How can I save changes in general settings? There is no “save” button.
And since the latest update I get every day a mail from WP regarding a technical problem… I attached the data to the sensitive field at the buttom.
Can you help me?

Can you please reinstall the Rank Math plugin and see if the issue is resolved?
If the issue persists, then assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I exported everything and than I deleted the plugin. After reinstall its working again and I see the “save” button. 😉
But one bug I noticed… At the “Instant Indexing” section.
I only want to index manually. I go to the settings and deselect all 4 post types at the “Auto-Submit-Section”. When I click “save changes”, Rankmath will not save the all deselected status.
Another example:
When I click “select all” and save, everythings saved and every poste type is selected. So good so far.
When I than click deselect all, all fields where deselcted and when I click “save”, all post types where selected again.Can you confirm?

This is the expected behavior of that setting. At least one text box needs to be checked for the Instant Indexing to work.
Also, if you deselect all, the previously checked checkboxes will be checked automatically, which is why when you select all and then deselect and save the settings, all the checkboxes are checked.

okay I understood. But it could be my misunderstanding was, that you write in your help article, that you can submit URLs manually too. So I thought that you can decide which way you prefer.

So its bad if a site which is “published” 24 hours before status is changed to “not published” again, is sent to google a.s.o.
Perhaps ot makes sence to speak with your development about it. What do you think? Or did I miss something for a case like I discribed?

It seems that your staging website has an additional set of credentials to bypass the HTTP login.

my problem so far is solved. There was only an open Question for your development team regarding “instant indexing”.When I click “select all” and save, everythings saved and every poste type is selected. So good so far.

Sorry for the confusion, we understood there was still an issue you would like resolved.
There seems to currently be a small issue with the IndexNow feature where at least one needs to be selected but that shouldn’t happen.
For example, if you install the Instant Indexing plugin as well and go to the Bing settings you’ll be able to deselect all of them and only submit the URLs manually.
We’ll report the same to the dev team for further investigation.
