Hello,
On WordPress dashboard/All Products listing screen, SEO Score on SEO Details column of a specific product is 29/100. When I click that product to enter the edit screen, SEO Score is shown as 68/100. I am pretty sure that I am not confusing with Content AI Score but are there 2 different scoring?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You don’t need to compare the scores from your regular Content Analysis to your Content AI tests as they are different.
Rank Math’s Content Analysis’s tests are based on the plugin’s algorithm which doesn’t change unless our developers add updates to it. https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/
The Content AI on the other hand was based on machine learning and the suggestions will change as it improves itself.
To address your issue, please only focus on the Content AI’s recommendation if you have already committed to it and you may disregard the scores from the Content Analysis as they are far different when it comes to SEO optimization.
Here we have a dedicated guide about it: https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-score-vs-content-ai-score/
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello Jeremy,
Thank you for your reply but my question has nothing to do with Content AI, I am not using it at least for the moment. The two different scores that I am talking about are both SEO Score based on Content Analysis’s tests based on the plugin’s algorithm. For the same product, it is shown as 29/100 on Dashboard/All Products section but it became 65/100 when I enter into the product page itself.
Hope I did explain it better. It would be very easy to explain with a screen capture but I don’t see an easy way to attach it.
Hello,
Thank you for the explanation.
You can upload screenshots using this tool and share the generated links here.
Could you please confirm if you’re using a page builder on your site? If so, please share it so we can check as well.
Meanwhile, the results/scores from the WordPress page’s list view and a page editor are different because there are page builders like Divi who make extensive use of shortcodes to display the content, and they are not parsed properly on the WordPress list pages.
If you are using Divi or other page builders on your website, you should always rely on the SEO score coming from the front-end/back-end builder.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello Reinelle,
Thank you for your reply. I added 3 screenshots, all belong to the same product.
https://ibb.co/9wJ6Y1L
https://ibb.co/G0tDgNh
https://ibb.co/MSCYXS8First screenshot is on WordPress>Products>All Products page. You may see 29/100 score on the left side.
Second screenshot is the page when I click edit button. You may notice 68/100 on the left side. I am sure it is not Divi and I don’t think I am using a product builder yet I am a novice on this topic and I was thinking that it is simply WooCommerce or WordPress.
Third screenshot is always the same page with the second but the bottom of it. I see always 68/100 as SEO Score. Which score should I take into account, 29 or 68?Hope it helps to clarify my question. Looking forward to hear from you.

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience and for the delay in response.
Can you please try saving the page without changing anything and see if this will also update the score on the product list page?
Looking forward to helping you on this one.
Hello Jeremy,
As a novice, your suggestion was the first and only thing that I could do and I did it many times before contacting you 🙂 I also tried to clear the cache many times but it is always as you see on the screenshots.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
