Hello,
I am contacting you because I would like to add the structured data “product” in the product categories. I have activated the functionality in the onlget rank math “title & meta”, “product categories”, “remove extract data”.
However, not all my products have reviews and/or a rating. Therefore it displays an error when testing the enhanced results.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today and bringing your concern to our attention.
Schema product to your product categories is not recommended. Please refer to this official guideline: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/structured-data/product#technical-guidelines
The only way to resolve it is to enable the option “Remove Snippet Data” under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories:
After enabling that option, please clear your website cache and try checking the rich result again.
