Missing og:image/featured image may be one of the issues preventing your website from ranking high. Please follow our guide to fix the og:image not being added to your pages: https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-image-not-displaying/.
I also found that your category and tag pages are set to index. Please set them to noindex as they can sometimes rank higher than your main content pages. To set a Category page to noindex please navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories and toggle on “Category archives Robots Meta”, then select noindex. Screenshot:
Please share a screenshot of your Google Search Console index coverage report details (why pages aren’t indexed) section as it will help us address why any posts not appearing is search results. The screenshot below shows where to find the index coverage report:

the non indexed are tags but all post are indexed , also i want to delete non useful tags and redirect them so in this case i will minimize the amount of tags … anyway wehat is your recommendations to deal with tags i have sent you screen shots.. thanks

Please may you click on each of the following rows in the Google Search Console index coverage report and share example URLs:
– Soft 404
– Not found 404
– Discovered, currently not indexed. Crawled, currently not indexed.
However, after checking your website again with the additional information you provided, I cannot see any issues that might negatively affect your website. There may be issues related to content quality or competition on your website which Rank Math cannot help with. Thanks for trying to solve my issues with low traffic .. any way there are no 404 or soft 404 because i always monitof my website performance with semrush and there are some links that are not yet indexed but discovered in search console but posts are indexed so i think you are right about competitions since it’s a medical website there always will be competition .. if there are any low comp. Netch you can recommend i will be glad to use .. thanks alot

Hello again, i was wondering if there any low competition nitch you would recommend except for health because its very crowded and always has high competition on searching so if you please have any ideas for starting with any new website i can make with low competition that would be helpful and soryy for mistakes with writting.. regards

You can make use of the Google SERP to hunt topics or keywords which are very niche to the market. Second is to make use of keyword software to target trending or specific topics. You can make use of this tool: https://trends.google.com/trends/
