In your documentation, it states “After your sitemaps are submitted, any new content that you add to your website will be updated by Rank Math to the respective sitemaps automatically”
During this Coronavirus stay-at-home situation I have been overhauling my website. Making important changes to every page DIALY.
1) The sitemap has not updated (pages) since April 10th. I have been submitting each page and change manually.
2) Also, I have connected my Search Console from the first day (two weeks ago) and no data.
3) Also, no Instant Indexing option

1. I am sorry but can you please let me know which post is missing from the sitemap? I checked your latest post and it is present in the sitemap. You might want to clear cache and then do a hard refresh while sitemap file is open
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F52. You can go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console. Hit the update cache manually button:
It should happen automatically though. Please talk to your web hosting provider and see why your corn jobs aren’t running. They will know what to do.
3. Instant Indexing API plugin is not part of the Rank Math SEO Suite. It needs to be installed separately:

1) Sitemap
there is no “post missing”. I said I make changes to my “pages” all-day-everyday lately and it is not update since April 10th. I have tried clearing cache (F5) and I use WP Rocket. I have been clearing cache contently because of all the changes I’ve been making
2) I did the manual update and still nothing. However as it refreshes for a nanosecond it seems I see something blip and then nothing.
3) I’ll look at installing that indexing thing

Always remember to clear your browser cache before testing:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F52. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I see what you mean about the F5. I need to hit while on THAT page. Duh.
So I just submitted it to Search Console and I get an error saying that..
