In this case, if they wanted to manage their own Rank Math account, they will have to create it separately on their own.
However, if you are the one who manages the websites, you can use your own account to connect and consolidate them.

im reviewing your website and it says your business package supports multi site support?
i guess at this point im confused. to me that would be 1 master account but each website would use its own information?

Multisite is a concept of WordPress where a single installation can have multiple websites running.
We support running the plugin on multiple websites via that method, but with single account login.
Regarding the refund, your account doesn’t have any active subscription so the refund for this account is not available.
