Import settings is not working

    Hi there
    We are redesigning a client’s alexa related website, and they use Rank Math. I’m sorry to say we don’t really get on very well with it.

    The issue however is that after migrating it over to a subdomain, deactivating it…, and then turning it back on again, the settings for Title Tags have gone.

    The homepage is ‘default’, when compared to the live website.

    Can you help us to get it back?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please note that in the Free version of the plugin you can only import and export the settings of the plugin but not the SEO data from the posts and pages.

    ​​​​​​​That option to export and import the metadata is only available via our CSV exporter present in the PRO version of the plugin.
