Alternatives to google analytics?

    After doing quite a bit of research it seems to me that it’s more or less impossible or at least very complicated to set up Google Analytics (with the Schrems II decision) in a way that is compliant with GDPR. Even using plugins like Cookiebot. For this reason I’m wondering: 1. Can you tip me about any alternatives which are easy to make GDPR compliant (that may be popular with other users?) 2. Ideally that can also be integrated with RankMath? Ideally it should also not be limited to use with WordPress because I work both with WordPress sites (and RankMath) and non WordPress so it would need to be a solution that can be installed either by using a WP plugin or for example with a code snippet. I would very much appreciate tips about this.

    Unfortunately, Rank Math only has an integration for Google Analytics. Alternative analytics tools will have to be set up on their own.     Hello!

    Ok, I see. Are you not planning to include integration of a GDPR-compliant tool? US authorities by law have access to all data of US companies and therefore even GA 4 would still be non compliant. Or any US company that collects data from sites.

    At the moment we plan to continue using Google Analytics but if the situation changes drastically our team might reassess the options at a later date.

    OK. A pity that there’s not a clear alternativr to Google Analytics. It used to be a self evident choice. But not so any more. So I think you will ned to be able to connect a number of choices.
