It seems that you’re referring to the Analytics Stats bar displayed on the front end (logged-in users). Could you please confirm?
If so, to hide it temporarily or remove it permanently, you can follow the steps in this link:

Thank you for your response and concern. When I browse my website through the header menu, every time I change the page the header drops and the upgrade announcement appears for a fraction of a second. If I deactivate the Rank Math it does not occur. Thanks.

Please head over to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and disable the Frontend Stats Bar option.
