The meta title is located in your wp_postmeta table under the meta_key column. Search the meta key “rank_math_title” and that’s your Rank Math’s meta title.

This row does not exist in the table, but the title is saved correctly and there is no problem, maybe the title is saved somewhere else?

if there is no ‘rank_math_title’ meta key, it means your site is using the default value. To check the default value in your WordPress dashboard, go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts (or other post type) and check under “Single Post Title”.
In the database you will find it in the wp_options table under the meta key “rank-math-options-titles”. The title will be next to the serialized variable “pt_post_title”.
