I have a redirect problem my host has checked and said there is no redirect issue on the server its coming from rank math
this is one problem link https://www.zenddu.com/contemporary-home-accessories-catalogue/

what can be done?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections and check if you have a redirection rule that is redirecting the URL to itself. If there is, please remove the rule to fix the issue.
