Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

I have tested with health check and find that my wordpress version was old. after update wordpress, Meta Box is opening and displaying at right upper corner in tab shape. working good. but i am not friendly with this new wordpress interface to write and edit post, page, products easily. now i want to return on my previous version of word press. please give me any easy way to do this. do you make android app. if yes please give your mail id.

You can get back the old WordPress interface without the need to roll back to an older WordPress version (so you can use Rank Math plugin without problems).
To do that, just add the code we have on this page at the end of the functions.php file in your active theme: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#disable-gutenberg-sidebar

I can’t get back the old WordPress interface version 4.9.13 after installing https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#disable-gutenberg-sidebar at the end of the functions.php of my active child theme.its working only for Rank Math integration from the Gutenberg Sidebar and add old meta boxes below the content area. it’s not my problem.
My problem is, i am not friendly with this new wordpress interface to write and edit post, page, products easily. so i want my previous interface with Rank Math.

Sorry, I thought you didn’t want the Rank Math Gutenberg style, that is why I answered that.
If you want to use the old editor in the latest WordPress, you can enable a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor-addon/

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Even though a few days have already gone by please allow more time for Google to award you the rich snippet since Rank Math has already added the schema to your pages and is available on the testing tool as shown below:
Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose not to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
Here is a quote from one of the Google’s help article:
We perform algorithmic and manual quality checks to ensure that structured data meets relevancy standards. In cases where we see structured data that does not comply with these standards, we reserve the right to disable rich snippets for a site in order to maintain a high-quality search experience for our users. Read our webmaster guidelines for more details.
