You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.
Also, please check if PHP values are not too low to handle the operation when loading the Elementor builder.
You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

Hi This is nothing to do with PHP values we have all that on high values. When we try to edit any page with Telementor it just keeps loading and take us to safe mode. With Rank Math deactivated builder loads easily.

I activated troubleshooting mode with the Health Check and Troubleshooting Plugin and found a conflict between Rank Math and Ultimate Addons for Elementor.
Please contact the Ultimate Addons for Elementor support as they may already have a solution for this. I have also asked our developer to check.
