error redirection

From your screenshot and the error message, it seems that the redirections table was not created due to some reason.

For initial troubleshooting, please click this button in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools:

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Once done, clear your website’s cache and try to create the redirect again.
