    Please check your browser console for script errors when you save your posts.

    If you see an error containing “updateMeta”, then your server must be blocking Rank Math’s API. Please refer to this guide to fix it: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall

    Thanks for your reply, there is no message on the browser and I’ve followed all of the instructions on the link provided, I’d found it while awaiting your reply, and it hasn’t fixed the problem

    The route used to save the metadata is returning a 403 error, meaning that is getting blocked by either your firewall or server configuration rules.

    Do you have a server-level firewall in your hosting or any security service that may block our API route? If you are not sure, you may check this one with your hosting provider.

    Ok, it was a server side issue with digital pacific, which they have now rectified.
