search console profile not showing any site name

    My Rank Math is authorized but is not showing any site URL in the “Search Console Profile”, …the dropdown select box is empty and I have added the Google meta tag and used the Google Search console Authorisation code in the authorization box above, both have been accepted and verified.

    The following is what comes up, but I can’t see how to manually update …if that is the solution, as follows:

    The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (16/04/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.

    Note: Please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.

    Please can you help?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Please make sure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (http or https, www or non-www).

    Then, please make sure that the Google account you used to connect your Google Search Console profile is the same one you have used to verify your domain on GSC.

    If it still doesn’t work, we have found that using a different Google account to verify your domain and connect your website usually works. Or, you can try using the Google Site Kit if it still won’t work and disable the Search Console inside Rank Math by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

    Thanks for the assistance. FYI, I de-authorized the search console, logged into Google again and put the new code in and now all is working perfectly.

    Oh MY God!
    Ive spent all day on this!
    i had the EXACT same problem and read every instruction and EVERY verification method with NO SUCCESS!

    I give up and go to ask for help from rankmath.

    i see this post.

    de-authorise and then authorise.

    FIXED!

    this is obviously a common error that should be included in the common error section in the instructions.

    Hi Alana,

    Don’t thank me, my first Rank Math site and while suspected, still needed Todd from support to confirm it before I tried and screwed it up.

    I still had to manually update the Cache btw.

    Great news though.
