That is not our Sitemap file. Looks like you are using some other Sitemap plugin.
The Sitemap file of Rank Math is https://dlhiphop.com/sitemap_index.xml but I see it isn’t working. Have you disabled Rank Math sitemaps?
I’m using Rank Math sitemap now. My sitemap is at https://dlhiphop.com/sitemap_index.xml
I have submitted it to Google but it doesn’t read still..
Discovered URL shows Zero (0)

I have just checked your sitemap and it is working and using the Rank Math plugin.
I have also checked your website on Google by doing site:https://dlhiphop.com and got several results so your website is being indexed.
Are you adding manually the URLs to index in the Search Console? If so, since they are already found by Google, they are not taken from the sitemap.
If not, could you try to remove the sitemap from the Google Search console and adding it again? Maybe it is some kind of issue in the Google Search Console panel.

New Post are not in SERP since 6 days back. Sitemap discovered URL still shows zero despite removing and adding back. Have you faced a related issue like this before?

Since on your website everything is working fine, your URLs are indexed but in Google Search console you still have zero URLs found (using the sitemap), it seems like some kind of issue in Google’s end.
You should ask their support about it (and let us know what they answer you).
