Thank you for your response. I am unable to find the account i used to purchase the plugin and the purchase was made from a older device unable to locate the receipt is there anything else i can use. I was using the service for a few months and I came today and the plugin has disappeared and i’m unable to reinstall.

Regretfully, I am unable to locate the receipt only the transaction number from my bank on March 18. The pro version is installed but the issue is I can’t use it without Rank Math. I can’t reinstall the free version. The error I am receiving is -unlink(/tmp/seo-by-rank-math.1.0.95.1.zip): No such file or directory in /srv/disk6/3978614/www/jaduzessentials.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 333

Meanwhile, you can share the email address you have used upon purchasing the Rank Math PRO plugin so we can find the account.
For the free plugin installation, try deleting or at least renaming the folder seo-by-rank-math in your website’s root directory (/wp-content/plugins/) and install again the plugin.
