    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

As Sitemaps are used by search engines to crawl your website, I checked your sitemaps and they seem to be loading properly. However, the sitemaps are getting heavily cached.

Also, I accessed your website’s sitemaps as Googlebot and it returns a 403 Forbidden error. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

Please reach out to your web host and ensure that the sitemaps are fully accessible to Googlebot

Once done, please follow the below steps and see if that helps:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Please exclude the Sitemap files of Rank Math from the caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml

    Here’s a guide with more details: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if that helps.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

How do I reach out to my web host?

    Hello,

You can contact your web host or hosting provider (from where you’ve purchased the hosting for your website) from their website.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

I already did that, they told me they were not in charge of the sitemap problems.

    Hello,

If you check your sitemap page in an HTTP checker tool, it shows that your sitemap pages aren’t crawlable by Google bot, and it seems that it is handled by Cloudflare as you can see in my screenshot below:

    cloudflare

Kindly follow this guide to exclude your sitemaps in your Cloudflare. You can check this only with your host.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

I have fixed it. It is now showing success.
    Thank you so much
