After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

I don’t see a sensitive data section? I clicked purchase through my website and used paypal to pay, which then associated it with r************@g********
I thought maybe that was the problem and tried repurchasing it with my email p************@g******** which I thought was associated with my site. I know my username is rachelprovan but now I’m not sure what email is associated. Could you merge all of these under p************@g********?
