Deactivated again

  • I’ve been going through this issue over and over and over and over again. I’ve been paying someone to help me, but need a permanent solution. I can’t afford to keep repairing it.

    My paid subscription keeps disappearing, when this happens, it causes conflicts on my WP installation. I’ve had to clear my cache 2X because of this. Whatever problems are occurring fills up my hosting’s database. Then it distorts the pages on my site.

    Here is an example of the latest occurrence (FYI this was prepared so that my guy can fix it again)…

    Bottom line, I have spent more time on this issue than actually being able to learn how to use your product (much less use it), which I really, really want to use.

    As you can tell, I’m at a frustrated / throwing in the towel state of mind.

    Please reconnect Rank Math PRO to your website one more time. To do this from your WordPress dashboard, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click “Disconnect Account”:

    Once the page has refreshed, click the “Connect Now” button and go through the connection wizard to connect your account. You will need to be logged in to your Rank Math PRO account for this step.

    Thanks for your input. My only question is, is this normal! Does everyone go through this consistent reactivating? Does it have a permanent fix? Every time it happens it causes other issues that then need cleaning or fixing.

    I’m back up right now. Thanks for the pointers. I also discovered that for some reason, my original FREE account, and now my PRO account are actually two different logins. That probably added to the issue.
