I went ahead and followed some of the steps from this guide to rebuild the index and manually fetch the data but it returns 0 data to all stats.

Before we continue troubleshooting the issue, please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:

Please ensure you have checked all the required permissions.

After doing so, you may report back to us here so we can debug the issue.
