I’ve checked your post sitemap, but it seems to be working fine.
Please follow the steps in this link for initial troubleshooting:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Then, remove all your submitted sitemaps in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap only:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
Once done, Google some time to recrawl your sitemaps.
