Rank Math Content AI not showing available credits

Hi there,

I recently had a friend work on the back end of my website and when he logged out my Content AI was not reading my available credits. Can you please help me fix this?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

This should update both the keywords and AI credits count in your WordPress dashboard.

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

I an having this same problem and although I have disconnected and reconnected several times it still does not show up.
