Yes, our developers are currently checking on this issue on your end, although I can successfully log in using the login information you provided. Please retain the login details as we are checking on this one.

We also discovered that the theme is no longer available from MyThemeShop so we are now checking this with our tier 2 dev support.

It seems that you have submitted both your sitemap index and post sitemaps.

However, your sitemaps are opening fine upon checking. If you’re still getting the error, please follow these troubleshooting steps (if not yet):

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Then, remove all your submitted sitemaps in your Google Search Console and resubmit your main sitemap only:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

Once done, Google some time to recrawl your sitemaps.
