Unfortunately, redirecting the homepage or the entire domain to another domain cannot be achieved with Rank Math. For this sort of redirection, we suggest implementing server-level redirections. You can reach out to your web host for more details.
As for your second question, it seems like the service page is the archive for the individual service pages. The first link on our sitemaps is always the archive page for that post type and since the service of your website is actually the archive page for your posts it will show on that sitemap.
However, if you do not want that page to get indexed on the SERPs, you can mark it Noindex: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-noindex-urls/#classic-editor
