    Hello,

on our website, the product titles occassionally use a comma in their title and we would like to use that title including the comma as a focus keyword. However, the comma is used as the delimiter. Is there a way to make it part of the keyword or could such an option be added? One option would be escaping it with a backslash.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

There’s no way to have a comma as part of the focus keyword because that is used as a delimiter.

In fact, when people look up stuff on Google very rarely they use commas in the search terms and since the focus keyword purpose is to try and optimize the page for those search terms it’s counterintuitive to have it in there.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
