Could you confirm what kind of optimization are you willing to perform on the images?
If you want to add the ALT and Title texts, you can simply enable the Add missing ALT attributes and Add missing TITLE attributes options of Rank Math under Rank Math > General Settings > Images, and set their formats to allow Rank Math to automatically add the ALT and Title texts to the images added from the post editor window.
