It seems that your Nitropack plugin is causing the issue here.
Please follow this guide to exclude our sitemap URL from being cached by Nitropack: https://support.nitropack.io/hc/en-us/articles/1500002526722-Excluded-URLs#:~:text=Go%20to%20General%20Settings.,page%20you%20wish%20to%20exclude.
You can insert this URL in the exclusion list:
https://pure-medical.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml

This is a known issue with the latest version of Nitropack and they are working on resolving this. Please roll back to version 1.5.12 of Nitropack to fix the issue.
