    I have Rank Math and Rank Math Pro. I purchase AI credits and not only did they not appear I also don’t see my website listed on RankMath.com Help

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Hello,

    You have created this ticket using a new free account and purchased the credits using it. If you have a PRO account and your site was connected to it, the 20 credits that you used there are being deducted from your purchase.

    Please share the email of your Rank Math PRO account so we can merge your purchase to fix the issue.

    I think the original pro account was under s****@m*********************. I no longer have access to that email.
