Need Help Content AI Credits not available

    hello,
    I just bought the ai credits. I can see them in my account at RankMath.com.
    However, the credits are neither in my wordpress account (it says 0 credits) nor in the rank math account that they are available. (it says 0 credits available)
    The content ai credits are in my account but I don’t have one. How can it be, because I just bought it, that I can’t use it? how can that be even though I haven’t used a single content ai credit yet?

    We checked and the credits are already added to your account.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that updates the credits on the website.​

    Hi thank you for your fast answer.

    I’ve already disconnected and reconnected and it didn’t work again. my wordpress dashboard still says 0 credits. Even if I go to a page or product, I can’t do an AI keyword search there.
    I just deleted the plugin and reinstalled it again. And that was also unsuccessful. I also cleared the cache and reset transients. That was also unsuccessful.
