    Hi,

    On 6/28/2022 I have a Credit Card charge for $59 which I assume is for the PRO version.

    When I enter my account I cannot see I have the PRO.

    Can you please advise.

    Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    I checked and it seems like the subscription was purchased using the “PRO account” email address in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    Could you confirm if that is also your email address? If yes, you can log in with that account and follow this guide to install and activate Rank Math PRO on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    When I go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help: I disconnected from FREE and pressed CONNECT NOW and only see the Rank Math Plan, not the PRO.

    Could you confirm if you’ve installed the Rank Math PRO plugin following the guide I shared previously?

    In order to connect the website to the Rank Math PRO account, the latest version of Rank Math and Rank Math PRO plugins should be installed.

    Also, if you would like to get both your accounts merged, please send us an email with PRO account email address at s******@r*********** and we will do the needful.
